TTR Terminal is a dynamically developing holding company, comprising assets in the transportation, storage and logistics industry.
Across our network of energy storage terminals, we store and process oil products, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), bitumen, chemicals and other conventional products. Several of our terminals can also store different types of biofuels. We regularly invest in our terminals, and we ensure they are future-ready by carrying out expansion projects, tank conversions and other targeted projects to support our customers.
Another rapidly growing area of business for TTR Terminal is liquified natural gas (LNG), a 'transitional fuel’ that will help facilitate the transition to cleaner energies. Work on a dedicated LNG terminal is underway, and we are expanding our network to include additional LNG terminals globally, together with our partners.
Facilitating the import and distribution of LNG is part of TTR Terminal’s Strategy 2028 to support the global energy transition.
As an energy infrastructure company, our scope is expanding into energy generation. We have several new facilities in development that will produce renewable natural gas (RNG), also known as biogas, a renewable energy that supports the circular economy.
The hydrogen market presents an opportunity for TTR Terminal. To support this up-and-coming energy sector, we are developing a European network of ammonia import terminals and ammonia cracking facilities, which will ultimately provide hydrogen to help decarbonise key industries.
These pipelines primarily transport intermediate feedstocks and crude oil and refined products. Oil pipelines are the least expensive and most environmentally friendly method of moving oil. The pumping stations’ produced pressure difference causes the oil in them to travel at a speed of up to 3 m/s.
Rail transportation is used to move all kinds of petroleum products, oil, and liquefied gases. About 40% of the overall traffic is made up of it. Rail transportation of oil and oil products, typically in tank trains. Only a small portion, roughly 2%, is delivered in cans, barrels, and other compact containers.
Chattering vessels to move cargo from the ports of Rotterdam to other European nations is another aspect of our activity. We understand the importance of transporting petroleum products throughout Europe, including the Netherlands. The company owns a fleet of ships and automobiles.
Our business can provide a greater range of services because we have our own tank farm. We have enough tanks for safe storage in addition to ample raw materials for sale. As a result, TTR Terminal. is a firm that stores and sells petroleum products.
